I'm a first timer. Which classes can I go for?
For clients who are beginners or have no Pilates experience, we'd recommend Essentials and Elongate. You can check out the class types here.
Do you offer trial prices?
Yes, our Starter Kit offers discounted prices for first timers only. You may check out the Starter Kit on our Class Pack page here.
Do you offer Private Sessions?
Yes, we offer both Private Solo (1:1) and Private Duet (2:1) sessions. To view instructors' availability and make a booking, kindly download The Core Reformery app via the App Store or Google Play, and click on the 'Trainers' tab in the app. If you prefer other timings outside of the stated schedule, you may reach out to us at hello@thecorereformery.com and we'll do our best to make the arrangements. :)
How long is each session?
Our group classes are 50 mins long and our Private sessions are 55 mins long.
I am pregnant. Which class can I go for?
We offer both Private prenatal and group prenatal classes on the reformer. We require mamas to be in the second trimester, and have doctor's clearance to start Pilates with us. You need not have prior Pilates experience, but we'd recommend you attend at least 1 Private Solo session for our instructors to assess your fitness level and suitability for group class.
Are grip socks required?
For hygiene and safety purposes, grip socks are required for all our classes. Grip socks are available at our Studio for $28 each.
Are there shower facilities in your studio?
Unfortunately, we do not have shower facilities. We have a changing area within the Studio premises and toilets are located just outside of the Studio.
How do I book for a class?
You will first need a valid class pack in your account. To do so, you'll need to register then make the purchase for a class pack. After the purchase, you will be able to see which classes are available for booking. You may book through our website or download our The Core Reformery app on App Store or Google Play.
Why can't I book a class? It says "Membership not eligible"
If you encounter this issue, it probably means that you do not have available credits in your account. You can resolve this issue by purchasing a new class pack and making a booking after the purchase. Please reach out to us at hello@thecorereformery.com if you still face the same issue after class pack purchase.
When does my class pack validity start and how long is it valid for?
Your pack starts upon date of purchase The validity period varies per class pack. Kindly refer to the Class Pack page for more info.
Can I share my class pack?
The class packs are non-shareable and non-transferrable.
When is the cut-off time for bookings?
The cut-off time for class bookings is 2 hours before class start time. Please note that Private Sessions have to be booked at least 48 hours before class time.
I am unable to make it for class. Can I cancel my booking?
For group classes, you may cancel your class at least 12 hours before class start time without penalty. For private sessions, you may cancel at least 24 hours before session start time without penalty. In the event that you are unwell, kindly provide us with an MC via email at hello@thecorereformery.com. Cancellations outside of the cancellation window will incur a credit forfeit.
What payment method do you accept?
For online transactions, we accept all major credit cards and debit cards. For in-store purchases, we accept PayNow and Atome.
Refund Policy
All class packs/kits are non-refundable, non-transferrable and non-shareable.
Extension of class packs/kits is only allowed upon valid medical certificate.

Please note that your class/session will be automatically charged if we do not receive any notice within the cancellation window as stated above.
