Beginner level | Full Body Workout |  50 mins

Our go-to class for new movers or anyone looking to refine their technique. Align focuses on core connection, posture, breath, and foundational control to set the stage for long-term progress.

Suitable for:
• Complete beginners and those rebuilding strength
• Members returning after time off
• Individuals with minor discomforts (tight hips, weak core)

Not suitable for:
• Serious injuries or conditions needing full modification
• Prenatal clients

​

Note: If you're recovering from an injury, a Private Session may be the safer and more effective place to start before joining group classes.
