Our Group Class Types
Beginner level | 50 mins
This class will familiarise you with the reformer and the Pilates method, so that you will be able to use the reformer safely and comfortably. This is a great introductory class for all levels, including beginners with no prior experience and clients with injuries. Not suitable for Prenatal clients. Grip socks required.
All levels | 50 mins
This stretch and release class will leave you feeling replenished and refreshed. Work on your mobility and flexibility in this beginner-friendly class designed to improve your posture and leave you feeling stronger and more confident. Modifications are included for clients with injuries. Not suitable for Prenatal clients. Grip socks required.
Intermediate level | 50 mins
Take your practice to the next level. Our Signature class is designed to deepen your foundation and explore intermediate Pilates repertoire using props and mat-inspired movements. This class is sure to be your next obsession! Clients are recommended to have done at least 3 beginner classes before joining Signature. Not suitable for Prenatal clients. Grip socks required.
Advanced level | Pre-requisite: 5 beginner classes | 50 mins
Work up a Sweat with our fusion of fitness and fun! This class is designed for those who are looking for a more challenging workout that build up your core, and improve your muscle tone and coordination. Props such as the jumpboard may be included in this class. Clients must have done at least 5 beginner classes before joining Sweat. Not suitable for Prenatal clients. Grip socks required.
