Reformer Group Classes

Beginner / All Levels

1. ESSENTIALS

Pre-requisite: None

This class will familiarise you with the reformer and the Pilates method, so that you will be able to use the reformer safely and comfortably. This is a great introductory class for all levels, including beginners with no prior experience and clients with injuries. Not suitable for Prenatal clients.

2. ELONGATE

Pre-requisite: None

This stretch and release class will leave you feeling replenished, refreshed and ready for anything. Work on your mobility, flexibility and strength in this beginner-friendly class designed to improve your posture and leave you feeling stronger and more confident. Modifications are included for clients with injuries. Not suitable for Prenatal clients.

Intermediate / Advanced

1. SIGNATURE

Pre-requisite: 3 Beginner Classes

Take your practice to the next level. Our Signature class is designed to deepen your foundation and explore intermediate Pilates repertoire using props and mat-inspired movements. This class is sure to be your next obsession! Not suitable for Prenatal clients.

2. FLOW

Pre-requisite: 4 Beginner Classes

The Flow class is designed for those who are looking for a more challenging workout. Expect a variety of intermediate movements that build up your core for a stronger body. Are you up for it? Find out in Flow! Not suitable for Prenatal clients.

3. SWEAT

Pre-requisite: 6 Beginner Classes or 2 Signature Classes

Work up a Sweat with our unique fusion of fitness and fun. This low-impact class uses the jumpboard and focuses on cardio and core strength. Improve your coordination and increase your muscle tone and strength without the bulk! Not suitable for Prenatal clients.

Prenatal Group Class

1. PRENATAL GROUP CLASS

Pre-requisite: Must have doctor's clearance and have done at least 1 Private Solo session before attending Prenatal group class.

Looking for a way to stay fit and healthy during your pregnancy? Look no further than our Prenatal Group class. Suitable for Mamas in their second trimester onwards, you’re sure to leave feeling refreshed after a full body workout!
