Through the precise movements and breath control, she has found a space to calm her mind and rejuvenate her spirit. Believing that Pilates should be accessible to all, Dira welcomes individuals of any age, size, fitness level, or experience into her studio. She firmly believes that Pilates has the power to transform lives and help people reach their full potential, no matter where they are on their fitness journey.

Dira is available for both Group Classes and Private Sessions in English.

Lay Keng

Instructor

Lay Keng is a movement-lover with an extensive background in dance, rehabilitation and Pilates. As an Authorized Pilates Therapeutics Performing Arts Enhancement Specialist, Lay Keng's goal is to help people find their true potential through movement, whether it's in the studio or on stage. She is passionate about helping people find the best way to move their bodies and make sure they are doing so safely.

Lay Keng is available for Group Classes in English, and Private Sessions in English, Mandarin & Hokkien.

Trainee

With her extensive knowledge of the human body and its intricate mechanics, Lelee has spent years helping her patients find relief from pain and achieve optimal health. Her expertise as a chiropractor has allowed her to understand the importance of proper alignment, functionality, and balance in the body. Now, Lelee is combining her expertise as a chiropractor with her newfound love of Pilates. As she undergoes her Pilates certification, she is eager to integrate the principles of Pilates into her holistic approach to health and wellness.

Lelee is available for Group Classes.

Instructor

Lynda has over 10 years of expertise in helping clients achieve their fitness goals and improve their overall well-being. She believes in the transformative power of Pilates, and that slow and steady progress is the key to a healthy, toned and flexible body. Lynda's commitment to continuous growth and development is evident not only in her Pilates practice but also in her cross-training activities. When her schedule permits, she's out there challenging herself through activities like swimming, biking, and running. This not only improves her own stamina but also allows her to bring valuable insights and varied perspectives into her daily teaching routines.

Lynda is available for both Group Classes and Private Sessions in English.

Regine is dedicated towards helping people achieve their fitness goals. With a degree in Sport and Exercise Science and Pilates training, Regine brings a wealth of knowledge and expertise to her classes. Her background in dance has given her a deep understanding of movement and body mechanics, which she applies to her Pilates instruction. She believes that Pilates is a powerful tool for improving flexibility, strength, and overall physical health.​ 

Regine is available for both Group Classes and Private Sessions in English.
