Dira's love for Pilates stems from the mental and physical challenges it brings, and she strongly believes that Pilates is for everyone, regardless of their shape, size, or fitness level. What started out as a postpartum workout for Dira later turned into a full-blown passion, leading her to take on the BASI Pilates Certification.
Having experienced first-hand the benefits of Pilates through its core-strengthening movements and the mental calmness it provides, Dira is dedicated to sharing her passion for Pilates with others.
Dira is available for both Group Classes and Private Sessions in English.
Lay Keng is a movement-lover with an extensive background in dance, rehabilitation and Pilates. As an Authorized Pilates Therapeutics Performing Arts Enhancement Specialist, Lay Keng's goal is to help people find their true potential through movement, whether it's in the studio or on stage. She is passionate about helping people find the best way to move their bodies and make sure they are doing so safely.
Lay Keng is available for Group Classes in English, and Private Sessions in English, Mandarin & Hokkien.

Regine is dedicated towards helping people achieve their fitness goals. With a degree in Sport and Exercise Science and Pilates training, Regine brings a wealth of knowledge and expertise to her classes.
Regine's background in dance has given her a deep understanding of movement and body mechanics, which she applies to her Pilates instruction. She believes that Pilates is a powerful tool for improving flexibility, strength, and overall physical health. She is currently undergoing the BASI Pilates Comprehensive Course.
Regine is available for both Group Classes and Private Sessions in English.
