Recommended for first timers or clients with injuries.

Let's face it. Working out can be hard... but it's even harder when you're working out alone. Grab your buddy and pair up for a Private Duet (2:1) session. Double the fun when you work out with a friend!

Prenatal Pilates

Recommended for pregnant clients who are in their second trimester onwards



Dira - weekday evenings 7pm and 8pm, Sunday afternoons 12.30pm to 4.30pm

Lynda - Mondays 11.30am to 1.30pm 

In a private session, our expert instructors will tailor each movement to your unique stage of pregnancy, providing modified exercises that support and nurture your body. Regular prenatal Pilates sessions will strengthen your body in a safe and supported environment.
