Level 1 (Beginner) – Build a Strong Foundation

Align (Beginner Pilates Reformer Class)

Elongate | Beginner Pilates Reformer | 50 mins | Level:🌶️

Elongate is all about controlled, flowing movements that improve mobility and mindful body awareness. This beginner-friendly session integrates strength-building with dynamic stretching to enhance flexibility and control while reducing muscle tension.


Best for: Anyone looking to improve movement quality and enhance recovery.

Level 2 (Intermediate) – Deepen Your Practice

Level 2.5 (Intermediate to Advanced) – Elevate the Challenge

Best for: Those who enjoy an energetic, cardio-infused session.

Level 3 (Intermediate to Advanced) – Push Your Limits

Pre-requisites: At least 6 beginner classes or 3 Signature classes. Grip socks required. Not suitable for prenatal clients.
